Tiger Rock offers classes for ages 4 and up. With afternoon and evening classes and a very convenient schedule, students are able to gain the wonderful benefits of martial arts training ,such as self-control, self-discipline, self-confidence, strength, and fitness while still being able to maintain participation in other activities and while maintaining high academic performance.
