New Day Women's Center: All In For Life

Our doors opened in 1985 as Sav-A-Life of Tuscaloosa. For nearly 40 years we have been serving families in West Alabama. Since opening, we have been supported by individuals, churches, and businesses. This allows us to offer all our services free of charge. We are dedicated to providing a safe and warm environment for everyone, regardless of age, sex, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, income, or disability.

At New Day Women’s Center, our mission is to offer hope and provide compassionate care to women who are faced with an unplanned pregnancy. If that’s you, we know that it can be confusing, overwhelming, and even scary. But we also want you to know that you are not alone.

Here are a few of the ways we stand ready to come alongside you and your partner.

 Pregnancy Testing & Ultrasound

We are so blessed to have licensed nurses and sonographers on our staff. These ladies are proven practitioners in their field and are also some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! When you come to New Day, you will know that you are with people who truly care about you. All the services we offer are also completely confidential and HIPPA compliant. These include pregnancy testing (with the assistance of our staff to ensure that you get the most accurate results), ultrasound confirmation of your pregnancy, and information regarding all of your options.

Earn While You Learn Classes

We offer a variety of courses aimed at equipping you for pregnancy and parenting. Each time you complete a class, you also earn “baby bucks.” These points can then be used to “purchase” items at our in-house boutique. We have a variety of items such as diapers, formula, clothing, toys, cribs, and car seats.

Support for Fathers-to-be

If your partner accompanies you to your appointment, we would love to connect with him, show him around in our “man cave,” and make sure he knows that we are here for him too!

STI Testing and Treatment (coming this summer)

Coming soon! We will be offering expecting moms to be tested and treated for sexually transmitted infections. Such infections to be included are syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, etc.

Relationship Classes (SRA)

This is a six-week class conducted in local schools which focus on the right foundations in relationships. It is centered around how to work through confrontation in those relationships and having ones which are healthy and long lasting.

Where Is New Day Located?

Our facility is located at 4300 Hwy 69 N, Northport. Once you pass the last traffic light heading north on 69, we’re about a half mile up the road on the left, right across from Tiger Rock Martial Arts.

How Do I Schedule An Appointment?

You can schedule your free, confidential appointment by calling us at 205-759-5433, visiting us online at newdaywomens.org, or scanning the QR code below.

How can you get involved?

Volunteer: We could not make it without our wonderful volunteers. All of our volunteers go through training before they start in an area to serve. Those areas could be advocating, reception, nursing, fatherhood, education classes and in our baby bloomers boutique.

Donate: We receive no federal grants for our center. Our funding comes from individual donations, church giving and business donations. This includes monetary donations and items for our boutique. Your generosity enhances the work for our clinic.

Stay informed: Join our quarterly newsletter. Email us at savalifemarketing@gmail.com or scan the QR code below. You will receive clinic updates, prayer requests, etc.
